What are WLA Community Groups?
Commitment to the Gift of Every Woman:
WLA Community Groups exist to uncover and nurture God's unique design and purpose. Through the power of community they empower and release women to live the life they were created to live.
Leadership Structure:
WLA Community Groups are formed by collaborating with women submitted to a local church...integrating with them to create community with opportunity for women to grow and give back.
Individual Development:
WLA is committed to every woman's spiritual development in Christ. From a place of "choseness" she will realize her potential to be effective in business, ministry, and life. They are stewards of the creative deposits of God.
What makes WLA Groups unique?
- WLA Community Groups can function in a variety of sizes as long as the small group element is preserved.
- WLA Community Groups meet once a week to be relationally intentional. The larger groups could meet bi-weekly or monthly and include the small group format to be relationally dynamic.
- WLA Community Groups could meet in a home, church, in a community center, or in the break-room at the company you work for. Utilize the space and resources available to you.
